Concurrent with his professional career at NASA-JSC, Anthony C. Bruins I served as the Chief of the CNT Animal Sciences Division. He is an applied animal behaviorist, human-dog trainer-instructor-consultant, Dog Psychiastrist, and Dogchologist. He has over 35 years of experience in the animal behavior and psychology field, has created innovative methods for training puppies, dogs, and their owners “simultaneously” in basic and advanced obedience, problem behavioral modification, as well as housebreaking processes and procedures.

Mr. Bruins educates and consults humans and teaches puppy and dog training classes at Lone Star (Tomball) College. He has also developed the basic and advanced training curriculums supporting these classes and provided consultation to the Animal Behavior Science Institute, who certified him as a Dog Trainer in 1996, and Texas A&M University Law Enforcement and Security Training Division relative to educating and training police and police canines to support government programs. Mr. Bruins created the Animal Intelligence Agency (AIA) and Canine Communication and Control (C3), Inc. with the primary mission of serving humankind and animals. AIA is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to research and development as well as education supporting animals and their environments and the people who care for them in the Animal Industry. C3, Inc. is a for profit entity dedicated to developing cost-effective and quality products and services supporting personnel in the Animal Industry. He has organized, coordinated, developed, and authored the “Canine Communication and Control (C3)” requirements, processes, procedures as well as Human/Canine Certification Requirements and Standards to teach applied animal behavior and dog psychology (Dogchology) via distance and continuing education courses.
